- Test evidence for every requirement
- A cutover plan with rollback steps
- Admin and user documentation your team can own
Overview
Implement, integrate and support ERP, CRM and HCM platforms, including Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Workday, UKG and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Most application programs slip for the same reasons: requirements that were never tied to real processes, integrations discovered late and data that was cleaned in a hurry. Our delivery starts with process walkthroughs and a data and integration map, so surprises surface in week two instead of week twenty.
After go-live we stay on as your application managed services team, with a release calendar, regression testing and a monthly capacity for enhancements.
Our team works from Pune. We can work onsite in and around the city, and remotely for organizations across India and abroad.

Questions
Enterprise Applications: frequently asked questions
Which ERP, CRM and HCM platforms do you work on?
Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Cloud, PeopleSoft, SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Workday, UKG and Microsoft Dynamics 365, along with the integration and automation tools around them, such as MuleSoft and UiPath.
Can you take over support of an application another vendor implemented?
Yes. We start with a transition phase: knowledge transfer sessions, a review of customizations, integrations and open tickets, and a written runbook. Support moves to us once the runbook is agreed.
How do you handle data migration?
We profile source data early, agree cleansing rules with your data owners, run at least two mock conversions and reconcile record counts and balances before go-live.
Do you work on fixed price or time and materials?
Both. Well-defined scopes, such as an upgrade or a single integration, can run on a fixed price. Evolving programs and ongoing support usually run on time and materials or a monthly capacity model.
