Commitments
What you can hold us to.
One accountable lead
A named delivery lead owns your engagement from the first workshop to steady-state support.
Plans before work
Scope, timeline, team and cost are written down and agreed before a sprint or migration starts.
Security and privacy by default
Confidentiality agreements, least-privilege access, approved devices and data handling rules from day one.
Evidence over updates
Demos, test results and service reports rather than status slides alone.
Documentation included
Runbooks, diagrams and handover notes are part of every deliverable, so you are not locked in.
Improvement is scheduled
Quarterly reviews of cost, risk and performance turn lessons into a prioritized backlog.
Which time zones can you cover?
Our core hours follow Indian Standard Time (IST). For UK, European and US clients we plan overlap windows and, where needed, shifted or extended support hours.
Is there a minimum engagement size?
No fixed minimum. An engagement can start with a short assessment or a small team and grow once both sides are confident in the fit.
Who owns the work product?
Under our standard contract terms, and unless your contract says otherwise, intellectual property in deliverables created for you passes to you once they are paid for. Pre-existing tools and know-how stay ours, and you receive a license to use them as part of those deliverables.
How do you price work?
Fixed price for well-defined scopes, monthly fees for managed services and dedicated teams, and time and materials for augmentation. Proposals show assumptions and exclusions clearly.
Have a project, a problem or a role to fill?
Share a few lines about your systems and goals. A real person from our delivery team will reply.
