What happens next
- 01Acknowledge. We confirm receipt by email within 7 working days.
- 02Verify. We may ask a few questions to confirm it is you, and use the answers only for that.
- 03Act. We complete the request within 30 days, or explain why more time is needed where the law allows.
- 04Confirm. We tell you what we did and how to escalate if you are not satisfied.
