Embedded & IoT Engineering

Service 08 / 10

Embedded software and IoT products, from first board to full fleet

We engineer firmware, device software, IoT platforms and in-vehicle interfaces for products that have to work reliably in the field.

What you can expect

  • Documented hardware and software interfaces
  • Automated device test suites
  • Secure, recoverable update mechanisms
  • Field telemetry for faster fixes

Overview

Firmware, embedded software, IoT platforms and automotive HMI, from prototype to production.

Connected products fail in ways web software does not: flaky radios, power budgets, stuck updates and devices nobody can reach. We design for those conditions from the start, with test automation on real hardware and secure, recoverable updates.

On the cloud side, we build the device management, data pipelines and dashboards that turn telemetry into decisions.

Our team works from Pune. We can work onsite in and around the city, and remotely for organizations across India and abroad.

Approach

How the work runs, step by step

Each step ends with something you can review, so decisions are made on evidence rather than status updates.
  1. Step 01

    Define

    Requirements, constraints and system architecture.

    You get System specification

  2. Step 02

    Prototype

Proof of concept on development hardware.

    You get Working prototype

  3. Step 03

    Engineer

Production firmware, apps and cloud services.

    You get Release candidates

  4. Step 04

    Validate

    Automated, hardware-in-the-loop and field tests.

    You get Validation report

  5. Step 05

    Industrialize

    Manufacturing support, provisioning and certification.

    You get Production package

  6. Step 06

    Sustain

    Field telemetry, updates and support.

    You get Update roadmap

Questions

Embedded & IoT Engineering: frequently asked questions

Can you take a product from prototype to production?

Yes. We move from proof of concept to production firmware, with the test automation, update mechanisms and documentation needed for manufacturing and field support.

Do you work on automotive software?

Yes. We build HMI, infotainment and connected vehicle features, and we follow automotive practices such as structured requirements and traceability.

How do you secure IoT devices?

With secure boot, signed firmware updates, encrypted communication, unique device identities and a plan for patching devices already in the field.

Which IoT clouds do you support?

AWS IoT and Azure IoT are the most common. We also build on open platforms with MQTT brokers when a managed cloud is not the right fit.
