Data Center & Hardware

Service 06 / 10

Data center and IT hardware that stays up and stays documented

We plan, supply, install and operate servers, storage, virtualization and end-user devices, whether they sit in your data center, a colocation facility or across your offices.

What you can expect

  • As-built documentation and rack diagrams
  • A tested recovery plan with recovery time targets
  • An asset register you can audit
  • Planned refresh cycles instead of emergency purchases

Overview

Design, supply, build and operate data center infrastructure, servers, storage and end-user hardware.

Hardware problems rarely start with hardware. They start with missing documentation, untested backups and refresh cycles nobody planned. We design with capacity and recovery targets in mind and leave behind rack diagrams, asset registers and runbooks.

Because we also run cloud, networking and managed services, on-premises infrastructure is planned as part of the whole estate rather than in isolation.

Our team works from Pune. We can work onsite in and around the city, and remotely for organizations across India and abroad.

Capabilities

What our data center and hardware team does

  1. 01

    Data center design and build

Space, power and cooling planned before equipment arrives.

    • Capacity, power and cooling planning
    • Rack layouts and structured cabling
    • Colocation selection and moves
    • Data center consolidation
  2. 02

    Servers, storage and virtualization

Compute and storage sized for today with room to grow.

    • Server and hyperconverged deployments
    • SAN, NAS and object storage
    • VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix and Proxmox
    • Clustering and high availability
  3. 03

    Data center operations

    Routine care that prevents outages.

    • Preventive maintenance
    • Firmware and operating system patching
    • Capacity and health reporting
  4. 04

    Backup and disaster recovery

Recovery you have tested, not just configured.

    • Backup design and restore testing
    • Replication and disaster recovery sites
    • Recovery runbooks and drills
    • Immutable, ransomware-resistant backups
  5. 05

    Hardware procurement and lifecycle

The right equipment, tracked from purchase to disposal.

    • Sizing, sourcing and vendor comparison
    • Laptops, desktops, printers and peripherals
    • Asset tagging and inventory
    • Data wiping to recognized standards, erasure certificates and responsible disposal
  6. 06

    End-user computing

Devices and workplace tools ready from day one.

    • Device imaging and rollout
    • Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace setup
    • IT setup for new offices and sites
    • Deskside support

Approach

How the work runs, step by step

Each step ends with something you can review, so decisions are made on evidence rather than status updates.

Questions

Data Center & Hardware: frequently asked questions

Can you supply hardware as well as install it?

Yes. We size requirements, compare options from several vendors, supply the equipment and handle installation, configuration and warranty coordination.

Do you set up IT for new offices?

Yes. We plan and set up networking, Wi-Fi, devices, printers, collaboration tools and security so a new office is ready on its first working day.

How do you dispose of old hardware?

We wipe storage using recognized data sanitization methods, record serial numbers, provide certificates and route equipment to registered e-waste recyclers.

Do you support virtualization platforms other than VMware?

Yes. We work with Hyper-V, Nutanix and Proxmox, and we help teams evaluate and plan moves between platforms.
