Engineering capacity for software and technology companies

We help product companies ship faster with engineering pods, cloud platforms, quality engineering and sustenance of mature products.

Overview

Product engineering, SaaS platforms, quality engineering and sustenance.

Software and technology companies compete on how quickly they ship and how reliably their products run. Hiring rarely keeps pace with the roadmap, mature products still need care, and enterprise buyers ask for security and accessibility evidence before they sign.

We add engineering capacity that fits your way of working: pods that own features, quality engineering that runs on every change and sustenance teams for older versions. We also help with the evidence buyers ask for, such as SOC 2 and ISO/IEC 27001 readiness and accessibility conformance reports.

The challenges

What we plan around in this sector

  1. 01

    Roadmaps move faster than hiring.

  2. 02

Mature product lines absorb engineering time.

  3. 03

SaaS margins depend on cloud efficiency.

  4. 04

Enterprise buyers ask for security and accessibility evidence.

Questions

Hi-Tech & Software: common questions

Can a pod work inside our existing processes?

Yes. Our teams adopt your tools, rituals and definition of done, and report through your product management structure.

Do you help with SOC 2?

Yes. We run gap assessments, implement controls and help collect evidence ahead of your audit.

Who owns the code and intellectual property?

You do, once it is paid for. Under our standard contract terms, and unless your contract says otherwise, intellectual property in deliverables created for you transfers to you on payment.

Can a team grow or shrink with our roadmap?

Yes. Pods can grow or shrink with the notice agreed in the contract, and we keep documentation current so changes in team size do not slow delivery.
