Accessibility statement
The standard we build to, what we have done to meet it and how to tell us when something does not work for you.

01 Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That also covers WCAG 2.1 level AA, the standard behind the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW 3.0) and the European standard EN 301 549.
02 What we have done
- Semantic HTML with landmarks, a logical heading structure and a skip link to the main content.
- Every function works with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator that is not hidden behind sticky elements.
- Text and interface colors meet WCAG contrast ratios; brand yellow is never used for small text on light backgrounds.
- Buttons and controls have targets of at least 24 by 24 CSS pixels, or enough spacing around them.
- Forms have visible labels, clear instructions, error messages linked to fields and an error summary.
- Menus and dialogs follow established patterns, can be closed with the Escape key and return focus correctly.
- Motion is subtle and switches off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Content reflows at 400% zoom and on small screens without horizontal scrolling.
- Pages are checked with automated tools and manual keyboard testing before release.
03 Compatibility
The site is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on desktop and mobile, and with common screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack.
04 Known limitations
We are not aware of any barriers on this website at present. Third-party sites we link to, such as Google Maps and our partner companies' websites, may not meet the same standard. If you find a problem, please tell us.
05 Feedback and contact
If you find a barrier on this website, or need information in a different format, email connect@plurentoo.com with the page address and a short description. We will acknowledge your message within 5 working days and aim to fix or provide an alternative within 30 days.
